Steak Pasty
A delicious pasty, made to our own traditional recipe. Filled with steak, potato, swede and onions, then seasoned with salt and pepper.
Available in Large (420g), ideal for a hungry adult, Medium (320g), when you are hungry but not ravenous, and Cocktail (120g), for a snack, a child or when accompanied by other food.
Great for garden parties, informal gatherings, picnics, days on the beach, work outings or any other time you need a hearty meal in an outdoor or indoor setting.
Cheese Pasty
A delicious pasty, made to our own traditional recipe. Filled with potato, swede, some onions and delicious farmhouse cheddar cheese, then seasoned with salt and pepper.
Available in Large (420g), ideal for a hungry adult, Medium (320g), when you are hungry but not ravenous, and Cocktail (120g), for a snack, a child or when accompanied by other food.

Vegetable Pasty
A delicious pasty, made to our own traditional recipe. Filled with potato, swede and onion, a little butter, then seasoned with salt and pepper.

HAND-MADE TO OUR OWN TRADITIONAL RECIPE
CRAFTED AS BY GENERATIONS BEFORE US
All our pasties are hand-made, to the family recipe, at our own bakery. We use local suppliers wherever we can and most ingredients, including the beef, potatoes and swede in our pasties, all come from within a 10 mile radius of the bakery. The Davidstow Cheddar and Trewithen Farm Butter we use, originate from a bit further away, but are also produced in Cornwall.
We only use the best of ingredients from local suppliers that we know well.
Rolling out the dough using the pin that’s been handed down through generations.
Line up the rolled out shortcrust pastry ring in preparation for the filling.
Add the carefully seasoned filling of only best local ingredients.
Pinch the seam together and crimp, just as grandma did it 50 years ago!
Add the pastry letter to identify the type of pasty, then double glaze with egg yolk.
Placed on trays ready for the oven where they bake for 45 minutes.
Fresh from the over, ready to serve straight away, or dispatch to customers.
Cooling, just enough, before eating; straight from the paper bag, or on a your plate of choice.
